Appointment Deposit & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure commitment to scheduled appointments and provide reliable service for all clients, a non-refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit:

• Reserves your appointment time

• Is applied toward your final service fee

• Is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation

• Will be forfeited if you are not present within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment

Rescheduling Policy
Need to reschedule? No problem:

• 24+ hours’ notice: Your deposit can be applied to a new appointment time

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A new deposit will be required to reschedule
