Notarial Fees

$10 per In-Person Notarization

(Travel Fee + Notarial Act Fee  = Total Cost**)

$15 per Remote Online Notarization (RON)

(Document Prep fee + Signers + RON Notarial Act Fee = Total Cost**)
  • A $25.00 document preparation fee apply to all RON sessions
  • $15 per signer
**Not including witness fee if applicable

Standard Travel Fee

(Mon-Fri 7am-10pm)

  • $40 (0-30 miles round-trip)
  • $70 (31-70 miles round-trip)
  • $1.25 will be added for each additional mile beyond 70 miles.

Weekend & Holiday Travel Fee

Additional $25 added to the Standard Travel Fee Rates

Witness Fee

An additional fee of $25 per witness will apply when witness services are required for either in-person or Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments.

  • $10 Scanning & Digital Copy
  • $10 eDocs $ Prints (up to 50 pages)
